Shipping policy

Barriguitas entrusts the delivery of its orders to an external transport service, sending the ordered product(s) on the days and times used by the logistics company, to the delivery address provided by the customer.

The estimated delivery time varies depending on the destination country.

Delivery times may be subject to delays during peak order periods, such as sales season, Christmas, Black Friday, and others.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, with the amount calculated automatically during the checkout process based on the number of items, their weight and dimensions, and the destination address, according to a pre-defined rate table:

Azores and Madeira

Barriguitas is not responsible for any customs clearance fees, which are the customer's responsibility.

Barriguitas will inform the customer of the unavailability of the ordered product(s), and will proceed with the refund of the amount paid within a maximum of 15 (fifteen) days from the date the unavailability is known.

Delivery is considered completed upon signature of the delivery receipt at the agreed address.
