Description
The original Silverette® nipple shields offer effective protection during breastfeeding. After extensive research and testing with mothers, neonatologists, midwives, and pediatricians, these nipple shields are made of 925 silver, the purest workable silver, with a rounded top design. They were clinically tested at the University Hospital of Padua for two years. They are a Class I Medical Device and are double-labeled, as required by Legislative Decree 251/99, which imposes this certification on silver articles. Each disc undergoes rigorous quality control at every stage of the production process, ensuring the disc's natural conformity and, therefore, maximum safety for the user.
Composition

Silverette® XL: is recommended for a bra size larger than 36 (above cup C), and/or with an areola (the most pigmented part around the nipple) larger than 4.5cm.
Care

HOW TO USE
After breastfeeding, leave a drop of breast milk on the pads and stick them like a suction cup. They can be worn under a bra or with the O-feel ring, which keeps them in place.
TO BREASTFEED
Remove the pads and gently rinse the nipple if you suspect any milk residue may be bothering your baby. Do not use with other nipple care products (pads or creams), as this may compromise their effectiveness.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
To clean your Silverette ®, prepare a cream with water and baking soda, apply it to the entire surface of the discs, rinse well and let it dry.
